What is a Charter?

The Charter is presented to the club on it’s foundation by The International Association Lions Clubs. The Lions Club of Caterham, Oxted and Godstone was founded on the 4th October 1978. The club celebrate being awarded it’s Charter by way of an event in October. We invite honoured guests, fellow Lion Clubs, friends and family to us celebrate. In the past we have held dinner dances and more recently Luncheons.
